  • Alex Ryser:

Love your project. I am doing some genealogy work and am tracking down some info from a Manley ancestor of mine: Jacob Manley of Cecil County, MD. He is listed above in your tree. I am perplexed to see that he is descended from Mary Delarivier Manley, which I am assuming is the same person as the English novelist based on the birth and death dates. Do you have any documentation that supports that her son John is the same as the John Manley born in Maryland and would be the first born in the US? To connect to a famous writer deserves some authentication. Thanks, Alex.
